Not a fan of either pronunciation, but I can't stand the 'eks' one.
I love Xavier. Handsome and classic.
I like the look of Xavier. It is one of the few ‘x’ boy names that is commonly used now days. I also like the Exavier spelling.
Although it is used in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish countries, its pronunciation varies quite a bit. In the US, I’ve heard it pronounced like Ex-avier, Ig-zavier, and Zavier.

Pronounced Za-vee-er, it's fine, especially if you're Catholic. Pronounced Ek-saviour, it's abysmal on all fronts.
