Ilana
I like this name a lot since meeting a woman from Israel with this name. I love its meaning too. In Israel this seems to be a bit old fashioned (popular for women born in the 60s and 70s) but I like it :)
Do you think Ilana (ee-LAH-na) is distinctive enough? Do you like it? I fear a bit it will not stand out among the girls named Eliana, Elena, Lana, Alana etc.

I personally don't find it distinctive. There are other Hebrew names I like way better. This just feels stale.
I like it. It reminds me of names like Elana and Ilona.
It does seem mature to me (I picture an Ilana being in her 40s), but it's not dated where I live. It reminds me of Alana and Irena, both of which I like.
I get a different vibe from Ilana than I do from Eliana or Lana, but I'd still say it blends in more than it stands out (not necessarily a bad thing). Ilana comes across as more substantial and elegant than the other two, maybe partly because of the mature vibe.
