I love it! It's my favorite out of your list (I also like Lucienne and Thomasina but I think Henrietta goes better with Theodora). I love the combo Henrietta Winifred & Etta is such a cute nn.
I don't think having Theodora and Henrietta seems like the parents wanted to have boys at all, just that the parents like pretty girls names :) I wouldn't be worried about that.
