I'm marveling at how little change there is in the Top 10 for girls. To compare with data from the SSA, boys' names are pretty steady for the most part, with some generational shifts; but popularity shifts far more wildly for girls' names. On BtN, however, popularity had remained, for the most part, stable.
Shame about Cecily leaving, though. I've always liked her.

Since the All Time is just all the years added together, I think it makes sense that it doesn't change a whole lot. I think it's actually kind of impressive if a single year can alter the All Time top names a lot.
Since last year was the 10th year, I copied the All-Time list after that year and saved it as 2008-2017, so it's a decade of data-- after another decade, we can compare ;) But it might be interesting to see the changes in 5 or even 3 year chunks. That wouldn't be hard to put together, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in this data anymore.

I think I'll only comment on the top 20...
