I like Sage better for a boy, but it totally works for a girl too. I like it better as a middle name.

I love Sage, and even remember loving it as early as the time I was naming each "member" of my bouncy ball collection. It's one of the rare names I truly see as unisex, although I'd say I prefer it on a girl.

Sage should stay where it belongs, in the Philosophy Department or on the spice rack. It just isn't a name to me.

Makes me think of stuffing. If I had to choose I far prefer it on a boy.

I think it can go either way but I tend to assume it's a girl until I'm told otherwise.
It isn't truly awful, but my first thought is always Thanksgiving stuffing with sage, so it feels kind of silly as a name.

I love the name Sage. It's one of the very few names I actually like on a girl or a boy. Sage Eliora is a fave for a girl and Sage Elioenai is a fave for a boy.

I love Sage, but it is not an ideal name in my region.
