I like all of them. Oliver and August are both enormously popular where I live; there must be hundreds of them in my zip code alone. Noel strikes me as a particularly British name, and I think in the U.S. a lot of people would say no-EL rather than NO-el, unfortunately. But if you don't live in the U.S., then it probably won't be a problem. And even if you do, people learn how to say names. Most people, anyway.

They are all quite popular where I live, but especially Oliver. It's a long time favorite though.
I live in Sweden, and Noel is only pronounced one way here so it wouldn't be a problem.

I would definitely go with Noel, especially if you live in Sweden. I do too, and my brother is named Noel, and as you say, pronunciation is not a problem at all. I also like it because it's rarer than the other two, I feel like everyone is named Oliver or August these days.
