Re: Minerva
in reply to a message by Bex
I'm instantly reminded of Professor McGonagall (good association) and of the word nerve (not so good of an association), which kind of makes the name look like "my nerve!" Because of the latter, I would personally prefer to put the name in the middle name slot. But as far as names go, Minerva isn't bad at all, especially when you look at all the atrocities out there today. So if you like the name, definitely go for it! :)Some middle name suggestions for Minerva as a first name:Minerva Ambrosia
Minerva Apollonia
Minerva Auxiliatrix (see https://www.behindthename.com/name/auxiliatrix/submitted)
Minerva Beatrice
Minerva Evangeline
Minerva Florentina (or Florentine)
Minerva Marigold
Minerva Minadora (if you're into a bit of alliteration - also, see https://www.behindthename.com/name/minadora/submitted)
Minerva Philomena
Minerva Salvatrix
