Re: Zara

I keep forgetting about Zara. I like it pretty well. I tend to notice other names that seem more striking, like Zinnia, but I actually like them a bit less. I feel like Zara might start to take off in US popularity, in about five or ten more years. I don't care about the retailer, it's about as important as Avery labels or Mason jars or Piper airplanes are to those names. And the royal granddaughter is a little off-putting somehow, but is fairly obscure so whatever. I think of it as a fashiony name that isn't empty, but is "fresh" and novel enough in my experience to have no real negative associations. Like Kaia, Gemma, Isla ... I like them. I've seen Zara hyphenated with another short name, and I thought it worked well. Zara Liana
Zara Lydia
Zara Elaine
Zara Miranda
Zara Janine- mirfak
