1. Paulina - I would use. I LOVE Polly and would use that as a nickname.
2. Pauline - I actually like the sound of this more than Paulina, but it has a strong dated feel I can't totally get past.
3. Paulette - This feels even more dated, and I try to stay away from glottal T.
4. Paula - Not happy associations, but a nice sound.
