YAZ-min is the only pronunciation given for Yasmin on BtN, too, but I've always pronounced that like Yasmeen.
You could pronounce Yasmine the same without it being weird, since the e is silent either way, and jess-uh-meen is an acceptable pronunciation for Jessamine.
