What do you think of Alisa? It's the Russian form of Alice and I'm really starting to like it.

We considered it when we picked Alice for our daughter.

I love the sound but was worried that in the US it would be confused with Lisa, Alissa, etc.

I like it, but if I just heard it without seeing it I'd probably assume it was Elisa.

I like the sound of Alyssa/ Alissa, but I’m not 100% sure how Alisa is pronounced.

I like Alisa. It’s soft and sweet yet has some personality. I am Finnish and have a couple of friends called Alisa and they are the most kind and wise people

If you like Alisa, you might also like Alina, which is one of my favourites
