I love the look, but the sound (ro-WEE-na) puts me off. However, Rowenna (ro-WEN-na) and Rowan (for either gender) are some of my favorite names.
I've never heard of it being pronounced ro-WAY-na before reading some of the other responses, but I like that pronunciation.
