Matteo - I like it, but I'm not so sure it'd work in Sweden, seeing as it's strictly Italian.
Sebastian, Victor - I'm getting a little tired of these names. They're just so dull and predictable to me.
Lucas - I really like this one! I may be biased, though, because the lead singer of my favorite band is called Lucas "Luke". lol but yeah, such a great name! Can I suggest the Lukas spelling, which would go better with your Swedish culture?
So in summary, your best bet out of these, imo, is Lucas / Lukas.

FWIW; Matteo will work just fine. It's even in the top 100 here. And Lukas wouldn't go better with my culture either - they are both very common spellings. Names with K in them are usually seen as a more traditional spelling, while the names with C usually are a bit more 'posh'. For example, you wouldn't see our royal family use the K spelling (see Carl Philip, Victoria or Oscar for example)
