I love Linnea! It was almost my name, but my dad didn't care for it. Of the combos, I like Linnea Rose & Linnea Maren. Hope, Blythe & Catherine just don't do anything for me. I just asked my mom, and she said my full name probably would have been Linnea Corinne (had my father approved) if you are looking for any more suggestions.

May I ask where you live? and do you think Linnea is too "Swedish" for an American chick from Jersey and her English bloke husband to name a future child? (It is in the top 10 in Sweden)

I live in the Chicago area, so no I don't think it's too Swedish. I've never met any Americans named Linnea, but I think that most English-speaking folks would more likely associate the name with the flower rather than a specific heritage. Out of curiosity, where do this "American chick from Jersey and her English bloke husband" reside?
