Re: Renée
It's dated, however, I'm all ready for this spelling to make a comeback. I'm so tired of Renae, Renay, Rena, etc. My middle dd had a good friend growing up whose name was Renassa (reh-NAY-suh). She was named after her mother's mn (Rena -- pronounced the same as Renée). It never occurred to me that that was the pronunciation. I had thought it was pronounced REE-nuh at first. So yeah, Renée is nice. I've only known one person with this as a fn (several with this as a mn)."Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." -- Martin Luther King, Jr.
