Thanks for this list! A few things stood out:
-It is surprising to see Lincoln used so much outside the US. The significance here is the association with the president who got us through the Civil War. In Australia is it just for the sound?
-How long has Game of Thrones been on the air? Has it really been more than 5 years? It must be to explain the Khaleesis here.
