I also associate it with the 90s; I had a friend named Natalie growing up and she was born the year after me.
Someone in my office regularly brings in her granddaughters, 4 year old Nicole and 1 year old Natalie and it always seems so strange to me; they sound like they should have been born fifteen years before they were.
Aside from the chart, IDK, it's ok. I like a few -lie names but Natalie's not really one of them. Seems like they all get called Nat (as a casual nickname, usually, not a "I-go-by-Nat" way) and I'm not really into that. The french pronunciation improves it somewhat.
