Maybe. But it still doesn't mean "My Light". Orah and Oralee aren't the same name.
Besides, Liora is Hebrew for "My Light". Perhaps that's where the confusion comes in. Oralee looks like a switched around Liora but it's not and even it if was, switching it around makes it meaningless.
