I like Amalia, but the everywhere-ness of Amelia does make it less interesting to me.

Amalia’s definitely special. I prefer it over the other names - I find it super pretty.

Amalia is lovely but not particularly distinctive these days.

Amalia is definitely my favorite from that list, followed by Emilia and Amelie. The others do very little for me, though I love Emily as a middle name.

My daughter is Amalia :) So I obviously love it. There are lots of similar names, but it's definitely my fav among them and I think it shines.

I really don't think Amelia is usable because it can also mean "the congenital absence of limbs." I just can't see it as a name for that reason.

I like Amalia miles away beyond Amelia. I don't know what it is that makes the distinction so string for me, but it's there

Emilia 7/10 it could be my style but I dislike the meaning. I love it because of a soap character.

Amalia 7/10 it could be my style but I find it too snobbish. This is because of a soap character (the same show of Emilia) who was very fussy. After that all Amalia I met IRL were over60. This was bad for my judge.

Emily 6/10 old-fave of mine. I used to like it because of its sound. It is evergreen and elegant but nms.

I don't know maybe I'm biased but I think she stand out a bit. She reminds me of royalty and I think her sound differentiates her. I will say I do like most of these E/Am- names including Amelina / Ameline, Emeline / Emelina / Emmeline, Émilienne, & Emiliana. I even am slightly obsessed with the male versions Emil / Émile, Emilian / Émilien, Emiliano, & Emilio.
