I think its pretty, but not a good match for a sister named Elva. They feel similar, like anagrams.

It's not horrible, but I don't personally think it's that pretty. Maybe it reminds me of the word vent or something? If you like it, you could use it with Elva, but I think a name that contrasted more phonetically would make a better looking sibset on paper. :)

Venla and Elva might be a mouthful if you tried to say them both quickly.

I find Venla just OK: I think I would like it more if it wasn't as popular as it's currently here in Finland. I also think Venla is too close to Elva.

I like it! It does sound very Nordic, but that’s not a bad thing. The meaning isn’t bad, either (it isn’t really good, though — just neutral). Yes, it would definitely make sense as a sibling for Elva. The styles are exactly the same.

This is sort of weird, but my first thought about Venla is that it sounds like the name of an app. Maybe I'm associating it with Venmo. I don't like it as much as I like Elva.

I think it's alright, but way too close to Elva.
