Twin BA
I met twins born this year named Emiliano and Milan. The parents are Hispanic. What are your thoughts on them individually and together?~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~ "I'm Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana Fanna Bo Besca the Third. I like both names, but not together.I wonder if Americans tend to perceive Milan as a Spanish name as opposed to a Slavic one. I've noticed it's been trendy among Spanish-speaking parents since Shakira named her son Milan. Do you think that's the case?

they are lovely names individually, and yes a little too similar together, but the endings are different enough that it's not bad to me.

A bit close in sound, but okay names. The letter similarity though...

Individually — both awesome. Good, solid classics with good histories. Together — too similar. Milan is almost a segment of Emiliano, so they seem like almost the same name to me. Way too ‘matchy’ for siblings.
