Its okay, but I prefer the less common forms, like Lilia or Lillia.

It’s lovely, but far too popular. We used it for our daughter as a middle name to avoid the popularity issue.

I love it, it's my favorite name of all time. However I do think it will sound really dated in a few years. It is already declining in popularity after being at its height in 2011 or so. Lily Madeline, Lily Victoria, Lily Emmeline - it goes with pretty much any classic name, especially names that have three syllables and don't end in an -ee sound.
