I adore both, but Rosalia

Neither. I might just be able to choose Rosalie over Rosanne, but your versions seem too long and fancied-up to me.

Rosalia, but Rosanna is nice too.

That’s tough. I like them both, but they give me different vibes. Rosanna makes me think of strong, practical femininity and old-fashioned charm. I’d expect it to be the name of an early 20th century feminist or a young person named after an older relative. Rosalia seems delicate, frilly, and a bit pretentious to me. It sounds like the name of a Disney princess or the child of hipsters who really appreciate traditional gender roles. As I said, I like them both, but I’d have to choose Rosanna. It just seems stronger / less frilly to me.

Rosalia, but those are two Ros- names that I don't particularly like. I really like Rosemary, Rosalie, Roselle, Rosette, and just plain Rose.

Rosanna, but Rosalba is my favorite. Rosalia seems incomplete in a way that Rosanna doesn't.
