I think it could work as a first or middle name. It may be a bit dated but it doesn’t feel “old” in the same way that, say, Maud or Gertrude does.
I’m also not a fan of Kimmie at all. Kim is a good, strong NN, though.
I’d pair it with a strong, timeless middle:
Kimberly Annette
Kimberly Louisa
Kimberly Marina
Kimberly Silvia
Kimberly Dorothea
