I like Atalanta/Atalante the most but I wouldn't use it since in Modern Greek it's pronounced almost like the word for "talentless".

From your list the ones that are more used in Greece are:

Aristoteles
Artemis
Athena
Demeter (one of the most popular girl names)
Xenophon
Dionysos (almost always the derivative Dionysios is used)
