What do you think of these Ancient Greek names? Do you think any are usable today?
Apollo
Apollonia
Aristoteles
Artemis
Atalanta
Athena
Demeter
Democritus
Diana
Dionysos
Hecate
Hera
Pandora
Platon
Xenophon
Edit: I realize Diana is Roman, but since the name was known / used in Ancient Greece I think it fits on this list.

I like Atalanta/Atalante the most but I wouldn't use it since in Modern Greek it's pronounced almost like the word for "talentless".
From your list the ones that are more used in Greece are:
Aristoteles
Artemis
Athena
Demeter (one of the most popular girl names)
Xenophon
Dionysos (almost always the derivative Dionysios is used)
Other ancient names I see often(-ish) are:
Penelope
Ares
Heracles
Aphrodite (4 in my family!)
Iphigeneia
Ourania
Andromache
Euridice
Antigone
Danae
Electra
Nausica
Nephele
Orestis
Achilles
Epaminondas
Themis
Hebe
Menelaos

Pandora and Artemis are my top names, so I definitely think they’re usable. I love Athena too (my D and D character haha). The only ones with questionable usability I’d say are Aristoteles, Democritus, Xenophon, and maybe Platon.
All are usable & I wish they were used more.
My personal favorite is Demeter - by her timelessness of myth / legend.

I love a big Ancient Greek name. My favorites list is full of them. I really like Democritus on this list.
The only ones that are readily usable are Athena and, of course, Diana.
Some that are usable, but take more guts:
Apollo
Apollonia (though people would think you're a Prince fan)
Hecate
Hera (used to be a favorite of mine)
Pandora
The others are rather "out there," perhaps even for modern Greece (though you'd have to ask a Greek for confirmation).

Definitely usable (I'd say mainstream):
Athena
Diana
I personally like these enough to use despite knowing some people would think they're odd:
Apollonia
Pandora
I think these are fine/usable but would probably be perceived as odd:
Demeter
Artemis
Dionysos
Hera
I consider these unusable because I associate something too closely with them and/or just because I think they sound awkward:

Absolutely love! ...In theory.
In practice yeah, they do seem a bit much.

I think the only one that could work is Diana. The others would seem too pretentious, in my opinion.
