Astral
came across this name in an article and wow, how cool would it be to be named Astral...
i think it being close sounding to Astrid helps it work as a name, too.
wdyt? would you use it?

I’m ,not sure if I like it or hate it.
I’ve never quite been able to enjoy Astrid because of the first syllable, and I’m finding it’s standing out for me with this name as well.
Hi foxgloves!!!!
I find it quite trashy, sorry.
I much prefer Aster on a boy and Astrea / Astreia on a girl.
By the way I love the name Stella and other names of stars from the Greek Mythology instead of Astral.

Astral is the name of the cream I use, so I definitely wouldn’t use it. I like Astra though.
Someone else asked about this name a while back!

That thread and this thread are the only time I've ever come across it as a possible given name.
It feels hippie-ish and not very name-like to me. However, I like Astrid, Astri, and Asta.

It sounds like a hippie name, but that’s a good thing to me! I love it!
Personally I love it.
