Yes Cinzia is CHEEN-tsya.
I agree with you that could be very hard to pronounce in English.
I dislike it because it is frumpy and has a bad sound as you know.
From this list I really love Rosa (my great-grandmother's name) and I also like Olga that seems so light and aristocratic because of the Romanov imo.
I would like Patrizio because I'm keen on Ireland (so use Patrizio instead of Patrick) while Patrizia is frumpy.
Other names are too overused or boring to me.
