Only Katharine, really. In Middlemarch, Dorothea's sister Celia is known as Kitty, which I always thought was too much of a stretch. I suppose Kathleen could work as well.

ETA I really like Kitty as a human name, probably because I've had more than enough of Kathy, Kate, Katie.
