Enid
What are your thoughts on the name, Enid? E-nid
I added it to my list a few weeks back and I'm starting to really like it. I can definitely see the "dated" aspect of it but I also think its cute\adorable and usable. Or, at least in my opinion anyway.
A bit surprising for me since there isn't many really dated names hardly ever used anymore that I'm a fan of.
So what's everyones input?

I think it's hideous.
i love it, though i have an association with it so i wouldn't use it. i can definitely see it getting popular- it has a quirky feel to it, though it's also very short and simple. i really like how it's feminine but doesn't end with an -a or -e or similar ly common letter. and it doesn't feel dated at all to me (though i don't usually care about that).
i like Elaine as a name to go with Enid.

I adore Enid -- it's one of my favorite names. It has an earthen, preternatural quality that greatly appeals to me.
I like, mostly because it's dated. It has that 19th century retro style which makes it really interesting.
I like it, but not enough to use. A friend of mine is married to a very nice Enid whose family nn is Dinnie.
I like it a lot. I don't think it's dated, or if it is, I think it's on the very emerging edge of dated.
I think it's sweet and charming.
It's really, really dated. And it's not as ugly as Ethel, but not far either.
I'm starting to like Enid. A little clunky, but charmingly so. I'd like to see it make a comeback.
Same here (:
