Dagmar has a pleasantly midnight-sun vibe but it's too foreign for my simple tastes!
Fay is a bit ambitious IRL - what if she was stout and clumsy? (I once met a Faye who was exactly that.)
Beulah is the total pits. It puts other horrors like Blanche and Gertrude into the shade.
Myrtle has positive associations for me, human and plant, but I don't much enjoy that yr sound.
