Jennifer and Jessica
Do you think Jennifer and Jessica have the potential to become "classic" names, like Elizabeth and Anne? They're nowhere near as popular as they used to be (at least in the US), but they remain in the top 300 and seem to be consistently used long after their heyday (while other names from the same time period like Caitlin and Heather have left the top 1000 altogether). Are they just "70s-90s names" or new classics?

All I care about is that I'll be dead by the time either one comes back, if they do, because God I am so sick of both.
Even though I like Jessica lol
Whether or not they are classics can't be stated at this time IMO. A classic has to show some staying power. It doesn't have to be consistently popular (again IMO), but it can't be a name whose time came and went and never came back. They may have dropped less precipitously than other names, but that doesn't really show staying power. If they come back, they are classics. If they don't, they're not. IMO.
