I read it as Jo-zee-ann when I first saw it in your post, Then I opened it to read it's pronounced Jo-zee-en? I thouht it was a girl name to start. I think it's too close to Josie for use on a real boy. This seems odd to me.
Why stress the last syllable as "ann" when it isn't done that way in named like Vivian, Damian, Ciprian, Killian, etc?

It's not a stressed sound at the end but rather a... darn, can't think of the word I want! It's just how I read the name Sorry!
