UGH.
I'd have to go with Harper, because at least Harper is just another fashiony surname-name that doesn't know what or whom it refers to. It's just like Madison, only ugly.
Harlot, I mean Harlow (haha I just realized that if you pronouce Harlot like Margot it's Harlow), refers pretty much only to Jean Harlow, who's just a pinuppy b&w image - I tend to assume basically nobody knows anything about who she was as a person. That makes it seem fake and imagey to me.
