el LENN
Pretty much depends on the context. In general, South Africans are rather bad at French, so the default here is heLEEN. I try for eLEN but am usually "corrected"!
Like hel-ENNE usually
Hell-een
I like Helena a bit better.

Hel-EN. and I'd barely pronounce the H.
Helene is fairly common where I live, sometimes used alone, sometimes in a combo, as-Marie-Helene.

In Germany we pronounce it Heh-leh-neh
heh-LEHN, or el-EHN if they were French.

Hel-LAYN is the only way I've ever heard Helene pronounced IRL.
I went to high school with a Helene and she pronounced it he-LEEN.
Depends wether I'm home or in the UK.
Back home I would read it as Heh-leh-neh (note: I'm not a native English speaker). In the UK as Heh-layn or Heh-lehn

In Swedish we pronounce it he-LÉN (É as in French liberté). Although the spelling Helen is usually pronounced he-LÉN, too.
In French I would pronounce it el-EN.

In the company I work for, it's the name of one of the broker's wives, and another broker's client. They both pronounce it He-LEEN. I think that's how I'd pronounce it too, if I hadn't heard it before.
