My friend's sister had her baby, a girl named Maggie Jean. I asked if Maggie was short for something, but it isn't.~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~ "I'm Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana Fanna Bo Besca the Third. Maggie Jean sounds very cute for a baby, but once she grows up a bit I think the dignity of Margaret would be preferable, even if she never uses it in everyday life. And if the parents dislike Margaret or have bad associations, there's always Magdalen!

I wish the name had a longer version, but I'm sure she's as sweet as sugar and your friend is trilled with her.

Hi !!!!Congratulation to your friend!!!Maggie? In my opinion is boring alone...
I much prefer Margherita, Marguerite or other full names.

Maggie is nice on its own, I like Margie also. Jean is also nice but I prefer Jeanne.
