It can be pronounced different ways. I have a cousin whose name is pronounced Joe-Hannah and I know a woman (who's orginaly from the Netherlands, but has been here for about 60 years) whose name is pronounced Yo-Hahna, and I once met a woman who pronounced her's as Joe-Hahna.

I myself pronounce it as either Joe-Hannah or Yo-Hahna when I see it written, depending on the background of the person.
