Sophia. I'd use Sophia or Sophie - probably Sophia nn Sophie. I really like Sophie.
The popularity makes Sophia blander, but I still prefer it over Seraphina. Seraphina sounds vaguely ... scary and biblical? to me because seraphim, and I wouldn't want to be called after them myself.
This is not a reason to dislike it: for me Seraphina a similar "feel" to me to Serenity or Tiffany or Angelina, cute, pretty, singsong... I get a cheerleaderish image. Sophia "feels" more like Julia or Lydia to me (although its popularity also makes it a little bit more like Emily than Emilia, kinda goody-goody) and I feel like it grows up better.
