Sorry but I'm not a big fan of Rory at all, nor do I think it fits with Simon. All the other names you mentioned are very biblical, so it also makes Rory really stand out and not fit. What about using Gabriel as the fn? It's so handsome!

I'm not too much of a fan of Rory either but my husband hates biblical names and this was his choice. :( I was rooting for either Asher, Silas or Ezra. He let me have either Samuel or Gabriel and I can't decide between the two.
