I'm Italian...
I didn't know that Andreano were so strange to pronounce where you live.
I think it is quite normal as last name.
But as you are looking for a stage name that could be simply understood I suggest you something else.
Maybe you can choose an Italian given name (so people would know your origin) and leave your last name on private life.
I mean that your stage name could be simply 'Dafne', 'Angelica', 'Rossella' .. what kind of names do you like? ^^

Thanks for the imput. My daughters name is Stella ;-). I love the first name that I have so not up for changing that part, but thanks so much for the suggestions!
