Well, I love Tirzah and dislike Tessa (it comes across as try-hard to me; I'd prefer Tess), so I'm biased, but...
I don't think Tirzah sounds bad with Hattie and Meyer. I prefer it spelled Tirzah, though I've seen it spelled Tirsa before and like that as well.
