I like it.
The first time I heard it was the early 90s, when one of the parents in my mom's daycare used it for a sister to a boy named Baker.
I thought it very sweet then, and I still think it has a sweet vibe.
I do prefer Willow, but as a name to honor a William it is spot-on.
I DO think it works well with Alexander too.
