I would choose Elia. I like it! Tobia is interesting too, but Tobias is really common in Austria so I don't find it very exciting. I dislike Abel and Abele. Luigi is kind of cute but I don't really care for it, I do like Luigina for a girl. Biagio sounds kind of nice. Filippo and Emilio are not really my thing, they are fine, but I prefer the feminine versions Philippa and Emilia, Amelia. Andrea is so common, I know lots of men and women with this name.
