Camille Sandrine
Camille Adeline (pronounced the French way)

I would never use the name personally, because I've met too many Hannahs, but this is the fun spelling. Why would you pass up the palindrome?

I would choose Hana because it means 'flower' in Japanese which is lovely. Camille Hana is cute, very flowery and sweet. I dislike Hanna it looks unbalanced to me. Hannah is okay, but it is very heavy, girl next door, no-nonsense and not very exciting. Hana is more exotic, lively, happy. I would go with Hana.
Hannah
Hannah. More usual, more finished-looking, less explaining to do.
Hannah.
