I don't associate the name with Ms. Anderson. I've known too many Pamelas / Pams before she came along. So I can see it on all types. For some reason, I also associate the name with the English Civil War. Pamela and Henrietta both. Is that weird? Is there some literary heroine named Pamela concerning that era that I'm channeling?Anyway, Pamela is an underrated classic that deserves a comeback.
