I hope not. I guess some people who voted for him might use it especially for babies born in the next few weeks out of enthusiasm, but those who didn't will stay as far away from it as they can. Overall its popularity will only increase a tiny little bit, if it will increase at all. I feel sorry for poor Hillary and Hilary. It is such a lovely name, but has been falling like crazy since the early 90s.
