I love Lucian for a boy and I also like Lucienne for a girl.

Do you think Lucienne would automatically get called Lucy/Lucie? I don't mind Lucy but it seems a bit pointless to use Lucienne if everyone will just call her Lucy.

I can't really think of any other nicknames that I like for Lucienne other than Lou/Louie

Does Lucienne sound nice with Theodora?

MN suggestions?

I love those names! But I do think that Lucienne would be often shortened to Lucy.
Lucienne would sound great with Theodora.

I don't really like Lucienne, but I love Lucy! And here in Oz, she would most definitely be Lucy, not Lucienne.

I adore both Lucian and Lucienne.

True, Lucy would be an easy nn, but I know lots of people who go by Thomas instead of Tom, Kaitlin instead of Katie, Daniel instead of Dan, etc. If you call her Lucienne, other people will too.
