When I see Letitia I want to pronounce it more like lih-TEESH-ya, because I knew a family with the surname Letizia with a similar pronunciation. I'm not sure what the French pronunciation sounds like.
I think Letitia is appealing but it's not my favorite. I prefer over-the-top Lucretia.
