Otis, Clara and Thaddeus would be gorgeous for siblings, but they certainly don't go with Wason and Jem. Wason and Jem sound trendy, the others are more timeless and retro cool.

Is Jem short for Jemima?

But if your style is retro old school, all three of those names are.

Wason doesn't go with any of them. Jem is okay, but matched with the others it looks like a nickname while they are full names. Maybe Jemima or Jemina or Jemma would work better.
