I like both Cicely and Cecily a lot, but I definitely like the meaning of Cicely more, as Cecily just means "blind". So Cicely would be a great alternative if you didn't like the meaning of Cecily.
I know they would probably have been pronounced the same once upon a time, but I prefer the sound of Cecily to Cicely. And Cicely seems a bit old ladyish somehow
